I'm jason, and here's a little bit about me.
I'm a wedding photographer based out of Seattle, Washington. However, I travel worldwide for weddings, engagements, and elopements.
Growing up in a family full of musicians, I claim music as my first love. However, I'm the first photographer in my family, so it's given me a unique perspective on life.
I'm a husband to one of the kindest and most beautiful souls who is constantly teaching me about love and life. Whenever we get the chance, we go adventuring wherever possible.
Throughout high school and college, I noticed I was constantly placing added value and emphasis on relationships and love. I couldn't get enough of the self-help books, and anything to do with love always piqued my interest. So instead of talking about it constantly, I decided to start documenting it.
Photography is about telling a story. Since no two stories are alike, the story of your wedding day should be unique and wholly yours. This is what makes my love for photography so strong.
When you think about the most important moments in your life's history, how would you imagine them being captured by a camera? Would you be looking directly into the camera? Would you be worried about where—or how—to stand next to the other person in the image? Probably not.
This is why I love the quiet moments. The small gestures. The unstaged and raw snippets. These are the puzzle pieces of your love. That's exactly how I view and approach your wedding day.
When you look back on your photos, I want you to truly feel something. I want them to remind you of every scent, emotion, sound and movement. If I'm "just another vendor" at your wedding, then I'm probably not your guy. I thrive on the amount of access I'm given into those special moments.
If you feel like you've connected to any of my photos, then I'd love to chat with you.
